HOME Eco PRoducts LCA

A life Cycle Assessment, LCA refers to objective and scientific environment assessment specified in ISO 14040 series.
This function is to quantify the energy and substance consumed and discharged in the course of material collection, processing, transporting, using and disposing, thereby assessing the environmental impact. And based on the outcome, a key function of diagnosis and assessment is performed that will lead to process and product improvement to mitigate the environmental load, stage by stage.

Furthermore, integration with product marketing such as certifying the Environmental Declaration Product (EDP), a life cycle assessment by the government, has been stepped up.

The Process of life cycie assessment

  • Raw material
  • Energy
  • Chemicals
  1. Extraction
  2. Manufacturing
  3. Use
  4. Disposal
  • Air Emission
  • Water Emission
  • Solid wastes

LCA Steps

Interpretation, Goal & Scope Definition - Inventory Analysis - Impact Assessment

  1. STEP 1 Define purpose and scope of the research
  2. STEP 2 Compile and compute data to set quantity of input and output related to products system
  3. STEP 3 Assess potential environment impact using analysis outcome of entire process lists
  4. STEP 4 Explore and verify key issues based on list or impact assessment, provide decision makers with derived conclusions and recommendations for accomplishing objectives of the research
